Excellent location, very convenient to visit many Funchal attractions. The staff is professional and welcoming. The hotel is spotless, our room was cleaned daily and it was really very clean. Nice spacious accommodation and beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was very tasty, a lot of choices are available, everything is fresh and constantly refilled. We were fully satisfied with our stay.

This is a wonderful really comfy apartment - big, very clean, nicely furnitured, with lots of place for all the things you bring. There are 2 bedrooms (so noone had to sleep on the sofa), very well equpped kitchen and a balcony with a fantastic view on the city center and ocean behind. Very near (5 minutes walk) to historical centrum - still in a silent neighbourhood with all the shops needed a few meters from home. A nice underground parking place (very important thing in Funchal where are nearly no places to park) easy to find and to park. And last but not least - wonderful hosts, Christina and Ricardo, who make everything for you to feel like home ❤️. Our plane was to land at 1.10 am - but it was an hour late - we were soo sorry for them - and they greeted us with a big smile in the middle of the night (previously equipping the fridge with the product for late supper/ or early breakfast). We got from them many useful sightseeing suggestions and - as we were leaving the Easter Sunday our son got a big chocolate egg and was very glad. We already miss you and this beautiful place a lot - hope we come soon again!

We spent 3 nights and had a wonderful stay — it exceeded our expectations. The villa is in perfect, brand-new condition, with superb design and stunning views. Many thanks to the owners for their care and for organizing everything so well. Towels, robes, appliances, and even groceries in the fridge and wine on the shelf — everything was ready for our arrival and at our disposal. We are truly impressed.

Lovely villa with nice pool. We stayed 3 generations grandparents i master suite. + 2 families divided between other rooms (11 persons total). The house was perfect for this!

Communication with the host was pleasant; Sandra reached out a few days prior to our trip to coordinate our arrival time and provide details for access to the villa, including the location and code for the key safe. A&M House II stands as a magnificent, modern, and remarkably spacious villa spanning three floors. Parking space is available both on the street and on-site, beyond the gate. Descending(!) a broad staircase, guests are welcomed into the entrance foyer situated on the top floor, alongside three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is positioned at the rear and offers picturesque views and access to the balcony adorned with a glass balustrade. Notably, the beds and mattresses boast exceptional quality. One level below, a fully-equipped kitchen (complete with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and fridge with large freezer), a cozy living room with a dining area and two seating arrangements, and an additional bathroom await. Stepping out from the living room, guests are greeted by the stunning terrace featuring comfortable outdoor furnishings and a heated pool. The terrace offers great privacy, with neighbors only occupying one side. The vista from this vantage point is truly breathtaking! Thanks to its heating system, the pool remained inviting even in January. Descending yet another level reveals the gym/game room, furnished with a pool table, foosball, table tennis, and a comfortable seating area equipped with a large TV. Another separate bathroom and a laundry room round out this floor. Across all areas, the amenities exude quality, with thoughtful touches such as fleece blankets provided for outdoor comfort. In short a 10 out of 10!

We liked our stay so much that we came back to stay again. The hotel has a beautiful ocean view, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, nice inside and outside pool, spa and sauna facilities.
