Stayed here for 2 weeks, I and my friend are rather strict reviewers and have decently high standards. I cannot fault this hotel in any way. Every area from the management, to all hotel staff overall were all impeccable. The handling of guests requests, general consistency in all areas, facilities, willingness and more so eagerness to provide the best service at all times was perfection. Breakfast, rooms, shower pressure, cleanliness, lift efficiency, air con, late checkout, spa, pool, shisha, every single service and area was amazing. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I and my friends have already said we will never stay anywhere else when we return to Doha and neither should anyone else. The quality, aesthetics, taste, price, everything was just perfect. I hope the management, overall experience, service and price range never falters. I wish I could list every single staff member but I simply cannot, I’ll just say every single breakfast staff, every assistant manager/manager, just wow. Special shoutout to Karan Lal and Samir though, they went even further than above and beyond to ensure satisfaction during our stay. The hotel location is phenomenal as well, tons of food places around the hotel, every major attraction/area/mall is no further than 20 mins on average by taxi. There is also a corner shop right outside the hotel.

I had an excellent experience at Embassy Suites Doha. The service was outstanding, especially from the Indian female cleaner, who was very polite and professional. I also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, the pool, and all the amenities the hotel offers. The reception staff and security guards were courteous and helpful. I did notice one Filipina staff member at the reception who seemed a bit rude, but overall, my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The crew is amazing. All my issues were solved very quick and the experience was amazing. They are very welcoming and respectful. I also liked the quality of food and high level of organization. My room was cleaned twice a day (not even needed)

The people, they were awesome, staff was ALWAYS (yes, even at 4AM) friendly and they were sincere in trying to help us. The Hotel deserves a 6 star hotel. The location is awesome aswell, in the middle of the Souq/town WITHOUT the sound disturbance. I am 10000000000% sure that i will return to this hotel. Lovely
