All I can say is WOW. I was not expecting this level of cleanliness, comfort and high quality service and decor from an apartment holiday rental. The name really lives up to its name, Belek LUXURY, The apartment was spotless, cleaner than many 5 star hotels I’ve stayed. The bonus was when we found out there’s no shoes worn in the apartment. Everything was of high quality, the bed linen was beautifully woven Cotton, and so crisp and white. The furniture land apartments look so new. The grounds are very well kept and the pool looks delightful. I loved how secure the property is, surrounded by high security fencing and a secured gate at entry. Now the service. Wow what amazing service. Mohsin, the manager of the property, went far and beyond our expectations. He greeted us at the gate and took our bags. Shows us around and offered his help at anytime. He even provided us with extra blankets and towels for the kids. The fridge was filled with water and juice box, everything was so thoughtfully considered. Mohsin was like a protected father, when we couldn’t get a taxi he dropped us off at the theme park which was so conveniently close. Everything is close by, shopping centre. Land of legends, restaurant, everything is less then 7 min away. Mohsin stayed up for us when we were out late, and offered to pick us up, such a wonderful person. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, and when there was a power outage at 3am in the morning, Mohsin answered his phone immediately and went outside to check what the problem was, it was a power outage out of his control, some electric company issue that this was fixed within 30min. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Antalya. Such beautiful and humble hospitality in a beautify modern and extremely clean complex with all the amenities you need. And the price was amazing. You’d pay 5 times as much for a resort that had the same modern and clean finishes and amazing service

I recently had an amazing stay at TUI Magic Life, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Serkan from guest service made sure everything was perfect. He was always helpful, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The entertainment team was absolutely fantastic! The energy, talent, and passion they bring to their performances and daily activities are truly impressive. A special shoutout to the incredible dancers Ever, Viktoria, Vivi, and Bryan; and a special mention for Çetin, who kept us active and entertained with his engaging sports and game activities. Of course, we can’t forget Melisa, the amazing singer, whose performances added an extra sparkle to every night. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a fun-filled day. The food was another highlight—offering a wide variety of delicious options, with themed nights and high-quality ingredients that satisfied every craving. TUI Magic Life exceeded all my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for an incredible holiday experience!

    Service was very good. Food was very nice and they made different stuff everyday. Outdoor and indoors pools were lovely too. Gym is superb. Serkan made us feel very welcome and told us where everything was in and around the resort. He kept us informed as to what programs were going on around the hotel every day. Azize also helped us book land of legends and ensured we got there the next day by contacting us. Exceptional service from the pair of them.

    This is one of the most amazing hotels I ever stayed at. Best food in all 5 stars hotels. Staff are v nice. Mr Tolga in reception is a great guy who gave me an amazing room and supported me all time. Big rooms very clean amazing garden and beach

    Facilities were good and there was a good selection of food every night. The staff from reception to housekeeping were all great. Serkan gave us an outstanding level of service and went above and beyond during our stay, he truly is an asset to the hotel. The waiter staff/ chefs were fantastic and all very helpful. Mustafa in the restaurant was very attentive and kind (sister was unwell, he overheard and took the initiative to bring her hot lemon tea every time we were there)

    If you looking for a nice holiday you got to choose Kempinski hotel. Very peaceful and quiet hotel. I was satisfied with everything in the hotel. Staff were exceptional and very friendly especially Fatmagul hanim Mehmet bey and Ece hanim. They were very welcoming. Its a beautiful and luxury hotel. The food was amazing everyday. The chefs are incredible. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
