I really recommend staying in this place during your trip to Cappadocia. The owners are lovely and super polite, they were very helpful with everything we needed. The place itself is in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the city center. I loved the neighbourhood which is more like a countryside, I found it very relaxing. Our room was brand new with comfortable bed, balcony, huge bathroom and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious with local products. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in.

As a traveler from New Zealand with a deep love for nature, authenticity, and meaningful experiences, Zeppelin Cappadocia completely won my heart. I've stayed at the Zeppelin Hotel in San Francisco before, which I thought was excellent but this place goes far beyond. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and warm. The breakfasts were absolutely delightful, fresh, local, and served with the kind of care that makes you feel truly looked after. My room was spotless, and the standard of cleanliness and comfort was simply outstanding. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the personal connection and care shown by Eren. He helped organize everything for me, including an early morning hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia’s dreamlike landscapes, a peaceful horseback tour through the valleys, and even a professional photo session that captured the spirit of the moment so beautifully. Every detail was handled with professionalism and integrity. Eren clearly has reliable and well-established local connections. This wasn’t just a hotel stay it was a beautifully curated experience. Zeppelin Cappadocia felt personal, soulful, and magical in a way that no other place has. If you're considering coming to Cappadocia, look no further. I'll be back. Absolutely.

An Unforgettable Stay – Felt Like Family! Our stay was absolutely excellent — we were treated like family from the moment we arrived. The view from our room was stunning; if you wake up early, you can even catch the hot air balloons rising across the sky, which is truly magical. We tried the Turkish ravioli, lovingly prepared by Ergin’s mother — they were exquisite, just as the French would say! The traditional Turkish breakfast was another highlight — a delicious and generous spread that set the tone for each day. The hotel is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Don't miss out on the local wine while you're there — it's fantastic and pairs perfectly with the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a genuine and memorable stay

We stayed at Acer Cave House for two nights with our family and had a wonderful experience. Our room, which had balconies, was absolutely lovely. With the heavy snowfall, the place transformed into a winter wonderland—truly magical! The staff were incredibly efficient and kind. On our last day, our travel plans were interrupted due to the heavy snow, but the hotel staff were very understanding. They moved us to a new room and allowed us to stay free of charge until 5 pm, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The breakfast spread was lovely, offering a great variety of options to start the day. While the hotel is 5 km from Goreme, we were more than happy with our choice. The rooms were nicely heated, and despite the outside temperature being -5°C, we didn't face any issues with the warmth inside. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, and we highly recommend Acer Cave House for anyone visiting the area!

Everything had been amazing !!! The hotel is a piece of art !! We felt as we were living into an old castle surrounded by mountains !! Everything was perfect … the team at reception, their availability, their help on everything and especially for book activities and taxis …. All was Perfect there from our welcome to the atmosphere of our familly room !!! The environment is great too … beautiful view from the top restaurant and city center if Ürgüp is just a 5min by walk …. Restaurants and coffee shops are all very close to the place … I will definitely plan to retrip there again and advice anybody to select Taru cave hotel just because it’s an amazing place with great and perfect service !!!

We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, and the bed was so comfy that I would fall asleep really quickly, even in the middle of the day lol. The location was great and seemed very safe given that it is a tourist town, so walking around at night is not a problem. It was also not TOO steep to walk unless you generally struggle with this. The breakfast tasted good, not excellent but good. The staff were wonderful and let me sit at their desk for a few hours to take an exam because the wifi was strongest there. The view from the terrace was stunning. I would definitely recommend, what a unique experience!
