This is an exceptional hotel in the centre of the city with a subway 100meters from hotel. Customer Service was the best, nothing was a problem with complimentary snacks in the morning & afternoon & evening in the lobby!! Rooms were ultra modern & spacious! Worth coming back to this hotel- exceptional!!

Everything, especially the semi ala carte buffet breakfast, shuttle service to and from ZouYing HSR station, bathroom with nice tub, automatic WC, complimentary mini-bar in room, and comfortable bed. Walking distance to subway station. Was pleasantly surprised that a hotel staff in smart uniform met us on the platform of the HSR station to help with our luggage when we arrived.

Great hotel. It is well-situated in the city centre. The room was very large, clean, with a shower and a bath. The staff was adorable and spoke perfect English, which is rare, in case you’re struggling with mandarin. The hotel offers a free laundry room, a space to work out and a free snack and drinks bar. I have nothing to complain about, which is also rare.

Great rooms, close to metro and light rail, very friendly staff, the rooftop terrace was amazing in the night. 7-Eleven and Family Mart in front of the hotel made it easy to charge the Easy card or get some light breakfast if you want to skip the full hotel meal.

    We loved the modern, tasteful and chic design. The room was beautifully decorated, zen/ relaxed atmosphere, the view was outstanding. We made good use of the infinity pool. The staff at the lobby and the concierge were polite, professional and friendly. I will definitely comeback.

    The hotel staff were truly exceptional, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I wasn't aware that the hotel offered a taxi service from the hsr station and they wrote to tell me about it. When our train was delayed they were nothing but positive and helpful. Everything was great in the room but the staff were by far and away the best bit about the hotel.
