Breakfast was excellent with fresh veggies and best croissants I've ever had at a hotel: the bakery was impeccable. The resort is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views all around. The room was very comfortable with mosquito netting and heater. STaff was very amenable and resolved our needs promptly. Quality of food for dinner was superb. Location was great in a quiet area but still not too far from centre.

It is located in the centre of the city so that's the main benefit if you choose to book this hotel. I also enjoyed walking around Bui Thi Xuan street because it's very close to a famous lake in Da Lat. About the hotel, the reception area and rooms are always clean. I see the staff are willing to give information whenever you need.

This hotel truly offers a wonderful experience with its romantic and cozy atmosphere. Every corner of the room is thoughtfully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The soft lighting, along with the elegant furniture, makes me feel like I'm in a serene and peaceful world. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff. They are extremely friendly and attentive, always smiling and ready to assist with any requests. From the front desk staff to the room service team, everyone creates a welcoming and warm environment, making me feel truly appreciated. It’s thanks to their dedication and enthusiasm that my stay became even more perfect. This is definitely a place I will return to in the future.

My girlfriend and I originally booked one night but ended up extending our stay for two more - that’s how much we loved the place. The room was spacious with a large window and a beautiful view, perfect for enjoying a slow morning with a cup of coffee. In the evening, the on-site café was a cozy spot to unwind. The whole vibe was peaceful, romantic, and just right for couples. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway together.
