The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful. They have upgraded our room to superior sea view free of charge. Very nice rooftop bar with the swimming pool. Surely, will see you again!

It was a great experience, well coordinated via whatsapp (thank you Ms. Chee). Food and staff were exceptional. The schedule is not very tight so you can relax between activities. The rooms are beautiful and the windows were very clean, we had a great view.

We had a 3 Day cruise to Ha Long Bay, it was great! I would highly recommend vega travel. We experienced a remote Ha Long Bay cruise, away from the other big boats. They have great food on the boat, nice cabins and staff were attentive & good humored. Our guide Dem was friendly, funny and made sure we didn’t miss any of the best sights.

I had a wonderful experience on this cruise! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to the person responsible for the entertainment and daily program – he did a fantastic job making sure there was always something fun and engaging to do. From check-in to the last day, everything felt well organized and welcoming. The crew really made the trip special with their kindness and attention to detail. Very beautiful ship, clean and nice to swim through the Bay. The menu consists of several dishes and dessert , beautiful serving. Attentive staff and fun activities. We were swimming in kayaks and visited the cave! Evening fishing on squid brought a sea of pleasure! Thank you, we'll be back!

    It was fabulous. Very grand and decadent. The rooms and bathroom were very luxurious and spacious. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the pool was great. The view was spectacular. You could have fitted a football team in the double shower it was so big. I have no doubt we were upgraded because we got more than we paid for. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there while we went on our cruise which was another bonus

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms immaculate, such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Used the Genesis transport, so luxurious and worth it for the 3 hour drive. The entire process so efficient. The food was top quality.

    The Stellar is a beautiful five star boat. The staff provide exceptional service. Our senior suite was beautiful and the spa was excellent. Our lovely butler Helen was very attentive also.

    Excellent stay in this beautiful hotel. Superb buffet breakfast, lot of choices of Asian and western cuisine. Our two bedroom apartment was luxurious with beautiful views of the Ha Long Bay. Facilities in the hotel were outstanding. Infinity pool on the 40th floor was breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were very polite and welcoming.

    Prior to arrival, we were advised we would be upgraded to the sister ship Elite of the Sea. This was awesome. Crew were exceptional, big thanks to butler BRIAN and manager HARRY, both fantastic. Room exceptional, scenery, activities, facilities, 10 plus. Food was 5 star, could not fault this trip by the company ACLASS. Even the transfers were luxurious. I think we definitely recommend this experience to everyone. Thanks again Brian and Harry
