Everything All the staff were amazing from reception staff to the pool staff, and a big thank you to Norman the security guard who was an amazing man We were upgraded a room on arrival which was absolutely wonderful! Transport from the airport was on itme and clear, very efficient, the wait at reception was minimal. Staff were helpful. I was treated with the dignity and decorum I expected, the meals met my expectations and were all above satisfactory.
