Upon arrival, my luggage was inadvertently taken by another group heading out of the country. Well, the hotel manager did everything and more to retrieve it. It eventually drove halfway across the country to bring it back to me by the end of the day. I never saw such a commitment elsewhere!

Our room included a rooftop terrace with two beanbag lounge chairs (chaise like) where you can lay down and rest. Breakfast was served in the form of a small buffet between 8-10 am. It consisted of sunny side up eggs (done to perfection), fresh veggies, some form of feta cheese (very tasty), artisan bread and pastry. The quality of the food was top-notch. The staff in the dining area were attentive and ensured that everything was replenished promptly. The hotel's location is ideal. It is conveniently situated near key attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel provided a peaceful and quiet environment, allowing for a restful stay. The staff were truly outstanding. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and attentive, and a family runs it. They went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. Their genuine warmth and professionalism significantly enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, our stay at Ladi Rooms was nothing short of perfect. The high standards of cleanliness, comfort, delicious breakfast, prime location, and exceptional staff attentiveness made for an unforgettable experience. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds and luxurious rain shower. The room has good sound insulation and blackout curtains, so a good sleep is guaranteed at any time of the day. A special advantage was that the hotel allowed pets. I was also very pleased with the pool and jacuzzi, there was also a pool for children. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the sauna. The stuff was great and supportive. In general we are very satisfied that we picked this hotel. Thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back again.
