A special highlight of my stay was the hospitality: I had lost my valuable watch, and the staff kindly kept it safe until I returned to the city a few days later. On top of that, they surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday — a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Highly recommended for families and large groups looking for comfort and great service.
