Rooms are decorated with neutral and warm colours and some have lake views. Attention to detail . Even after recently reopening after the wildfires , the staff was all hands on deck and professional . It was such a great stay that my husband and I are comparing other hotels we have stayed at since and looking for the Jasper Fairmont experience again.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and overall very pleasant stay. I'm not going to lie and say it has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel but you know that when you book it. For our stay in Jasper this was perfect, would definitely stay there again and would happily recommend to family and friends.

Roomy and well equipped cabins, very nice property close to the river. The on-site restaurant offers top quality breakfast and diner at competitive prices. The staff is very competent and friendly.

EVERYTHING! The entire experience was amazing. We loved our stay. The cabins were perfect, the facilities were outstanding and we loved our spot with the fire pits and picnic table right outside our doorstep. Our children gravitated to the games room and pool. The hotel is superbly located on the main street with restaurants and the train station across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful with paid parking across the road. The room was well set up with a small bathroom. Good breakfast in the dining room also catered for my wife's GF celiac needs.
