The rooms that we booked (family suite, and king suite) were incredibly clean, modern and well decorated. Both were very spacious and comfortably housed our party of 7 between the two rooms. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind in making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While we were only here for one night, the suites are well set up for a longer stay. Would highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

Great location, free water, tea and coffee, very nice rooms and excellent shower, breakfast included to the room also very good. Man on reception during the day exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

This apartment offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. The apartment has facilities for disabled guests. Was there for Taylor Swift at the Rogers Centre, only 15 mins walk! Amazing view. Easy check in and check out. The owner even accommodated us to check in early. Highly recommend!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 18 km from Sandbanks Provincial Park. Loved everything from the central location, easy parking, lovely staff, glamorous decor, absolute cleanliness, total comfort, and relaxed ambience. These guys are really getting it right. Whilst we didn’t use it the mini bar was well stocked and totally fairly priced. Picton is a cute town with nice restaurants so we’ll definitely return, and when we do it’ll definitely be to this hotel.
