Nice, spacious and bright! Location was great and we were able to walk to explore the city. There was a great little playground right across from the Inn which was perfect for the kids. The staff were communicative and very helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.

Great location ( We had no car so it is about 2km walk to the nearest supermarket...but we love walking!) Very quiet suite even though it was downtown. Bed was huge...and very comfortable. Great having a kitchenette. Aircon was very quiet and perfectly positioned but windows also opened too for fresh air. Very spacious like a small apartment....we loved it! .

The room was lovely, with a double aspect overlooking the sea, bed super comfortable and all the amenities to make our two night stay fantastic. Breakfast made to order was delicious and the evening meal we had there was easily one of the best we've had on PEI.

Offering Victorian-style rooms, each accommodation includes antique furnishings and private bathrooms at the Shipwright Inn. A cable TV with DVD player or VCR is also included. Jason was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived at 10.30am and we were able to leave luggage in our room and have a cup of tea in the sitting room. We were three singles and our spacious bedroom had three beds (other hotels in Charlottetown were unable to provide this for us). Our room was very clean with plenty of towels. We were able to walk to all the sites in town. We were able to sit out in the sunny garden in the afternoon. Breakfast was more substantial than I expected. Overall a great place to stay at a good price.
