L’établissement est situé dans le centre d'Interlaken, à 80 mètres de la gare d'Interlaken Ost et à 6 km du mont Harder Kulm. We liked how close the property was to the train station. It was close to COOP and it was the very perfect place to stay at. The apartment was more than enough to accommodate 5 people and they had complete kitchenwares. The internet was very fast and the staff, especially Kate, showed us the facilities in the apartment.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to Wilderswil bahnhof and the Schynigge Platte train and grocery stores. The space is fabulous and has a great kitchen, living room, view of the Jungfrau and an excellent outdoor deck. To top it all, both bathrooms have bidets which were much appreciated! Communication with the agency maintaining the apartment was super easy to handle.
