The hosts left very easy to follow instructions to access the unit and left us treats and umbrellas which was a nice extra touch. The bed was also comfortable and it was the first place we had on our trip that had air conditioning, which was great.

The service levels from the Concierge (in the main hotel across the road) were excellent; the breakfast in the restaurant was of very high quality, and our Residence itself was beautiful - in a great location, spacious and superbly appointed. The building itself is very old but the modern renovation has been done impeccably. The terrace at the rear was also beautiful and perfect for taking a break from city sightseeing. Highly recommended!

FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. I recentlystayed at FIVE Zurich, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is located about 3–4 kilometers from the city center, but getting there is easy due to good train connections. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named George, who took the time to introduce me to the hotel and its facilities. I didn’t feel the need to dine outside the hotel because the food offered was truly good. Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting some of the kindest and most professional waitstaff I’ve ever encountered. A special mention goes to the wonderful staff member who, outside of her working hours, kindly offered to take photos of me around the hotel. Her gesture truly enhanced my stay. Overall, my experience at FIVE Zurich was remarkable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The combination of outstanding service, convenient location, and excellent amenities made my stay unforgettable.
