The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Lovely apartment 5-minute walk away from the centre of town. Has everything you need to stay comfortably for a week - especially love having my own kitchen and washing machine! Host was very welcoming, communicative and helpful. They arranged to have a hairdryer in the bathroom for me. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery options within 5, 10 minute walk. I would not hesitate to come back next time I'm in Bariloche.

Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.

Overlooking Bariloche's Nahuel Huapi Lake, Rochester Bariloche Suites & Spa features a spa with massage services. There is also a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, both of which are connected. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the pool and sauna (until a family with 2 screaming crying children ruined it). Location was good and the breakfast in the room was tasty. And don't get me started on the jacuzzi tub!!! AMAZING!!

Everything was on the highest level — from the comfort of the rooms to the professionalism and warmth of the team. From now on, we won’t be staying anywhere else. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience
