The hotel has a magnificent view of the lake and Osorno volcano. It has a cozy design with natural wood and fireplace. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is among the best we have encountered in Chile. The breakfast was also good with fresh-made croissants.

Has everything you need to stay comfortably for a week - especially love having my own kitchen and washing machine! Host was very welcoming, communicative and helpful. They arranged to have a hairdryer in the bathroom for me. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery options within 5, 10 minute walk. I would not hesitate to come back next time I'm in Bariloche.

This hotel is truly remarkable, offering splendid views of Lake Llanquihue and, when the skies are clear, an awe-inspiring sight of the Osorno volcano. The room we stayed in, which I believe is the finest, featured floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the lake and Osorno. Impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, with a generously sized and comfortable bed, our room surpassed high standards, including the well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were the best we've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and remarkably helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Overlooking Bariloche's Nahuel Huapi Lake, Rochester Bariloche Suites & Spa features a spa with massage services. There is also a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, both of which are connected. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the pool and sauna (until a family with 2 screaming crying children ruined it). Location was good and the breakfast in the room was tasty. And don't get me started on the jacuzzi tub!!! AMAZING!!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed not only by the beautiful facilities but especially by the outstanding service. The staff and management went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Argentina. Everything was on the highest level — from the comfort of the rooms to the professionalism and warmth of the team. From now on, we won’t be staying anywhere else.
