Located in San Pedro de Atacama, 8 km from Piedra del Coyote, Hotel Desertica has a garden, as well as free WiFi. We loved everything about the Desertica. Exceptional service from the moment we arrived and received a warm welcome and welcome drink. The food is fabulous. The room (no 7) was beautiful. And the best part I think is the property design and gardens - the views from the room out to beautiful trees and planting, sweet little seating areas dotted around the villas, a very nice pool area. It’s also right in the middle of town so great location for restaurants, hiking bikes etc. The staff are warm and helpful 10/10 ☺️

The property is stunning. There's lots of attention to detail, with beautiful art in every corner. There's a lovely courtyard with a pool and lots of seating areas and canopied daybeds. There's lots of common seating areas everywhere, indoor and outdoor. Staff are super helpful and friendly. They helped me book an affordable shared transport back to the airport on my last day that I wouldn't have been able to find/access on my own for that rate, and were super friendly/accommodating when I locked myself out of my room or safe (woops). Breakfast is very nice and goes until 11 AM which is a nice touch for those of us who like to sleep in. Beautiful desert oasis and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Maria even arranged a visit to a local ceramicist’s desert studio, connecting us more deeply to the artisanal culture reflected throughout the property’s design.

Located a ten-minute walk from the town of San Pedro de Atacama in northeastern Chile’s Atacama Desert, known as the world’s driest desert, Habitas Atacama is a refuge for intrepid travelers in search... I loved this place! We could choose between a range of activities during the day, we had massages, outdoor meditations, stars gazing etc. The location is wonderful, every detail of the decor is perfect and the garden magnificent. I had the best time and felt very connected to nature.
