The rooftop bar has a great vibe - we spend a lot of time there enjoying the view and the great relaxing environment. The hotel is without a doubt spectacular - truly 5 star - but it’s their incredible people that really take it to the next level. Just to mention a few amazing team members - Agustin and Randi on the front desk, Matias, Edward, Fernando, Sebastian and Pedro in the restaurants, and Gabriel and Felipe on the door…but every staff member was friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful. Customer service overall at the hotel was exceptional.
