We asked reception to bring something to our room and a robot delivered it to us! 😊

Lovely big room with an amazing view and great location, only about 10 minutes walk from the pier where you can take rafts down Yulong river. Good breakfast and really lovely people that helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

Set just about a 5-minute drive from Reed Flute Cave, 2 km from the centre of Guilin City, The Beyond Villa Guilin Boutique Hotel sits close to Taohua River and is surrounded by greenery and silence... Friendly and enthusiastic host who organised a dumpling dinner for us which was delicious. The kitchen is a great place to meet other travellers like us. I love the pond with loud frogs too, a part of natural ambience for the area.
