Very helpful receptionist Lily, a good English speaker, very friendly and purchase on our behalf all entrance tickets to the scenery sites in the area, as well as helping us with transport facilities. The room was very big with nice view.

Possibility of booking all tickets in advance with them was very helpful and also airport pick up. The room was very modern and comfortable. The highlight is definitely all the help from the staff.

In addition, the hotel offers delicious local dishes prepared by chefs who are clearly masters of their craft. ☺️ All staff very smiling Friendly and very positive towards their guests . Clean spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the national park. ☺️ The hotel staff and the owners will not receive five stars from us but with full responsibility we award six stars 👍🏼☺️. Finally, we would like to add a small detail that even though we didn't have our flight until around midnight, we were able to stay at the hotel and relax in nature with beautiful views of the park. The staff is very helpful and kind. They helped us plan our itenary and book tickets on our behalf. The hotel also offers a free airport pickup by car and shuttle to Zhangjiajie National Park Middle gate. The swimming pool is well maintained and great pleasure to swin after a long day of hiking. From the pool you have direct mountain view, and by taxi it is only 14 minutes to the national park and about 30 minutes to Wulingyuan village.

They also provide free transfer from the airport.

We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!
