The staff were tremendously helpful - sorted our park tickets and transfers without a hitch. The pool was a godsend after a day's hiking, and the breakfast was top-notch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely return!

Situé à Zhangjiajie, l’établissement Zhangjiajie SANHE Hotel --Free one way pick up service over 2 night, Free shuttle to east gate of forest park, Free laundry service, Free fresh coffee, English... Vraiment top du top, l’hôtel, le personnel, la qualité des chambres tout était vraiment parfait ! N’hésitez pas à demander conseil à Lily à l’accueil (elle a un super appareil pour traduire en temps réel si vous ne parlez pas chinois). Elle nous été de très bon conseil et d’une aide précieuse ! Rapport qualité prix plus que convenable, c’est même peu cher pour ce que c’est, je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour là-bas et ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi cet hôtel !

Amazing location, beautiful views from rooftop terrace. Nice breakfast, staff was super friendly and helped us book our tickets to National Park. Room was spacious with all amenities we needed during our stay.

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. Special mention to the receptionist who helped us since the day one with the help for the info from the park.

L’établissement XMAN Sunrise Peaks Resort--Free Pick-up se trouve à Zhangjiajie, à 12 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Parc forestier national de Zhangjiajie. Hôtel familial avec tout le confort nécessaire. La vue et le cadre sont absolument magnifiques, c’était vraiment une belle expérience. L’équipe est incroyablement gentille, accessible et nous a aidé à planifier nos visites ! Ils sont venus nous chercher à l’aéroport ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. L’hôtel est très proche du parc forestier de Zhangjiajie. Un peu plus loin de Tianmen mountain mais très accessible en Didi. L’hôtel semble excentré mais les Didi arrivent toujours en 5minutes maximum. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Thirty One is a charming hotel conveniently located within a 20-30 minute walk from the airport, as well as being close to the bus station and cable cars. The host, Steve, was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He not only provided great service but also crafted coffee that resembled true works of art. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Steve's place; meeting him significantly enhanced my experience in Zhangjiajie.

L’établissement Days Hotel & Suites China Town---Five minutes to reach Changsha Station, the metro Line 2 & Line 6 are nearby, free gym & laundromat, Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is offered on... The staff was very friendly, also the location is close to the metro station. For breakfast there were both Chinese and Western cuisine.
