Wonderful atmosphere as soon you set foot in the lobby and get welcomed with a delicious glass of wine. The rooms continue the theme of relaxing. Very calming tones and serene views. The beds are comfortable and the pillows can be individualized. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was a modern take on fine dining. Delicious selection on foods and wine with exceptionally friendly staff. We ended the night at the rooftop bar where we enjoyed live music and solid cocktails. The popcorn served at the bar was a new flavor explosion and we had to have the secret of their spices, which the friendly bartender happily shared. Breakfast buffet was variety rich and delicious. Free champagne was definitely a plus. I think a major plus is also the direct access to the Therme which makes for a luxurious stay. Rounding off our stay with a massage at the hotel spa. Definitely recommend a stay here. 10/10

It is 600 metres from the Kurhaus spa resort and a 2-minute walk from the Caracalla Thermal Baths. People were all kind and friendly, room was very new and clean, breakfast was great, location can't be better... we just want to come back!! (and the water pressure of the shower was the best I've experienced in Europe. Lol... if there is anyone who cares about it!)

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was just amazing. I had a good restful stay in the comfy room after a long hike with great views to the nature landscape.
