I don’t often leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so because this resort was perfect! We upgraded to the execute suite and having our own private pool was amazing but in all honesty we didn’t really need it because the hotel pools were all great too. The food was incredible in all the restaurants we tried - but you must reserve at the non-buffet restaurants in advance. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back in the future.

The Grand Palace was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was great. The grounds were lovely. The staff was amazing. From our housekeeper Araby to the wait staff to the front desk people, we were treated very well. I’m not the best one to judge resorts, but this stay was very, very enjoyable.

The wifi is the best I have ever experienced. Even on the beach and at the pool you have 100% internet. The oriental food is the best I ever tasted. The beds are also comfortable. I can’t find any reason not to come back next year and bring friends.
