Rooms and suites are comfortably furnished and include private, furnished balconies with views of the garden. Booking was for my parents celebrating their Ruby Anniversary. Luxurious and relaxing two-night stay here. Facilities were clean. Pool in particular was lovely. Would recommend to anyone traveling through Luxor.

I had a warm welcome at Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff, the atmosphere in the hotel is incredible, which made my holiday and my stay very special. I was amazed by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. The employees are very professional, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Furthermore, the restaurants/bars in the hotel and the food (breakfast and dinner) were amazingly delicious. My hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had the perfect view on the Nile, which was stunning. Also, the travel agency of the hotel, Nasco, was very helpful in booking my tours (and I had the best tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting things to tell!!). All in all, I had the best stay, thanks to the Steigenberger Nile Palace Team and everything they offered. I would book the hotel again and I recommend you doing so as well. There were quite a few things to be liked specially the warm welcome by the host. The place was totally neat and clean like new. Almost everything of daily use was available. The host specially took out time and took me outside to show all around like the super store, the nearby eating place and where to get the boat to travel to the other side of the Nile. Immediately arranged for the drop off to airport on my request. It was very peaceful place. Beds were comfortable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest's dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, I would give the Nile Carnival Cruise a full 5-star rating. The exceptional service, beautiful ship, and amazing experiences made this trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Egypt.

Restaurant of the property is serves delirious meals. From the start to finish our tour and stay at the property was flawlessly perfect. The property staff went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect.

I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luxor!
