Excellent Hotel with superb staff. we were received at the reception by Alex and Maria who were very helpful, always with a smile on their faces and very professional and made us feel welcome. the rooms are very clean and you have everything you need. the hotel in general looks new, smells very good, the location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions in the city but at the same time a quiet area. We would almost return to Bilbao just for this hotel

The interior design of all the spaces is top notch. Spatious rooms and a large bed. The breakfast is a la carte and has some interesting and creative items. Was upgraded for free to a better room and got a free drink for self-checking.

The hotel has separated room to store bikes and the staff realy handle it well. All ok , nice hotel
