Our room was spacious, comfortable and with plenty of natural light from the two doors which exited to a balcony overlooking a courtyard. The staff was very attentive making us feel at home. Breakfast was adequate with fresh fruit, orange juice and toast or eggs. We enjoyed our stay and surely will stay here in we find ourselves in Ayllon again.

Fresh croissants, assorted ham and cheese, personalized eggs, I ordered fried and my husband scrambled, made to perfection! fruit, coffee of course! Lovely lovely! Alejandro, the owner, showed us his birdwatching hide and we went there early in the morning with the first coffee sip, very special! Afterwards, we rode bikes through the countryside and they even allowed a late checkout for us. It was a hubby and me time after a 10 month old baby, and it was worth every minute Thank you both!
