Bus stop is just the end of the street , train station is actually 10 mins away. We had booked the 40sq.m room as Paris was our final spot and had the maximum stay. The room was very clean. Easy to check in. It had all the basic amenities. Very spacious of course.

It is also small but expected in Paris , why I did like thou was the bathroom it was actually big and spacious.
