Knowledgeable cheerful especially Orane the Receptionist who went out of her way to give us directions and local information. Our room lacked nothing.large.well furnished comfortable. The Chef is innovative and the food is different and delicious. Cannot praise this hotel enough. .

We arrived late at night but the receptionist was so kind to leave the gate opened, helped us to find a parking spot and offered to help with our bags. So very kind! The room was clean, the bed comfortable. We appreciated nespresso machine in the room, but some spoons would be cool.

Set in Lille, Au 30 Lille Centre Grand Palais is 50 metres from Zénith of Lille and Grand Palais, and offers self-catering apartments and suites. Mairie de Lille Metro Station is just 400 metres away.... Due to last minute changes in our plans we'd only arrive very late to our 3 night stay, so I asked if it was possible to cancel the first night. Although the reservation was not refundable, the owner was very understanding and willing to agree to our request. However, he also offered us an upgrade to the 101 apartment at a discount, which was a huge step up from the initial room + jacuzzi. We agreed to this upgrade and got to stay in an extremely comfortable, well equipped, cozy and tastefully designed 3-story apartment. It was an amazing experience as I had never seen any place like it: arcade games, PS5, big flat screens everywhere (including by the jacuzzi!), a pool table, a gym area, a sauna, and much more, all packed in 1 place, yet leaving enough space to relax and without feeling it's too much. The 3 levels are connected by a spiral stair going through layers of thick glass on each level - this by itself adds a lot of charisma. We were only a couple occupying this apartment, but it's definitely suited for groups of friends and families. Not only a great place, but great owners too whose priority is customer satisfaction. We will happily come back soon.

Hôtel Barrière Le Westminster is a 1930’s luxury hotel in the heart of Le Touquet. It is just 500 metres from the beach and offers spacious, Art Deco guestrooms. From the moment we pulled up in the car, the serviçe was excellent. The receptionist checking in which language she should communicate; a little birthday treat left in our room. Exceptional dinner - best Caesar salad have ever had; gorgeous toiletries, dreamy bed, and a shower that it was hard to leave… Fluffy bathrobes and slippers. It was truly a memorable stay!

New build in 2024 so the facilities were excellent. Super clean, comfy & practical. Had everything we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Calais for our return home. Great outdoor area with lovely outlook onto fields with horses. Quiet location. Friendly host. Good communication.
