With 2 AA Rosettes to its name, it specialises in outstanding dry-aged beef and wild venison — bold, seasonal flavours served in a warm, contemporary space. The hotel was excellent and the staff very efficient and obliging. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The food was very good. It was a short walk into the centre and there were car parks nearby. On the whole it was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.
