Beautiful inside and out, lots of choices for breakfast, large bedroom with excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, very quiet at night, and the most amazing hosts we have ever had at a B&B anywhere! Cai and Mell were friendly, very helpful with our trip planning, gave us a long list of recommended dining establishments, helped with our train tickets to Bath, and even drove us to dinner twice and to the train station. Cai and Mell are wonderful people, kind, caring, helpful, and very interesting. We talked with them for hours. We HIGHLY recommend Dungarvon House B&B to everyone who visits!

What a perfect experience we had staying at The Beach House Luxury Rooms. The communication from Sean and Deanna was incredible. We felt very welcomed on our arrival which was lovely. On checking in we were moved to an upgraded room at no extra cost which was so appreciated by us. The room was gorgeous with an incredible view. We felt so comfortable in there we never wanted to leave. The location is also spot on. I would not hesitate to recommend The Beach House Luxury Rooms to anyone. Thank you Sean and Deanna for your hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay.

So warm and cosy with everything on hand to make us welcome. Very comfy beds, fluffy towels and welcome basket of all things for drinks and even very tasty biscuits. Such a straightforward hand over with no problems just key in box and returned on leaving. In a beautiful setting although transport is necessary but local pub within walking distance serving excellent meals. Good holiday!!
