Our room was in the attic, very spacious, comfortable and with an ensuite. It was a very hot summer night so I'm glad there were two fans in the room. The guest house is just a 10min walk away from everything you want to see in the centre of Stratford. We would stay again anytime if we go back to Stratford.

The Red Lion is a Grade 2 listed stone-built coaching inn dating from 1748, located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and well situated for Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Oxford and The Cotswolds. Red Lion Inn really made an impression on me. It was so incredibly cozy--my room was a tiny attic room, and yet I had everything I needed, and enjoyed snuggling up there. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinners even more, the latter when it got nice and lively at night by the fire. This place is everything you want an English countryside inn to be.
