There are very nice cafes and restaurants just a 2-3 minute walk away. Even before we arrived on the island, the hotel owner, Vangelis, answered all our questions and was very helpful. Checking in to the room was very easy. Our room was impeccably clean and smelled of soap. We had a fantastic view, and watching the sunset with a glass of wine on the balcony was very enjoyable. Vangelis promptly responded to our messages and provided solutions. He also gave great suggestions about things to see and do on the island. The cleaning lady was very friendly and meticulous, immediately attending to all our needs. The room may seem a bit small, but it has enough space to meet all your requirements. Since we are light travelers, this room was more than sufficient for us.

It is truly one of the most incredible places I have stayed. You will be looked after like you have never been before. Tasos and his mother were brilliant hosts, always ready to answer our questions. Tasos' mother left us many delicious baked treats and the biggest breakfasts you could imagine. The view from the hot tub over Naxos town and the sea was really special. The room was also modern and spacious. Some general info for other foot passengers. We didn't travel with a car or rent a car/ATV, so we would walk into town in the evenings. It took about 30-40 minutes depending on how far into town we would go. We would get a taxi back (20 euro). This did make it a little trickier to get to and from the place, but this is clear when looking at the map when booking.

He made us feel right at home, and gave us the best recommendations for beaches and fabulous restaurants. We will definitely be back!

There is also a kitchen, fitted with an oven and toaster. A refrigerator is also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Every unit comes with a private bathroom with bath robes. Towels are offered. Good value for money, friendly staff and clean facilities. Shoutout to Jenna (and other dude, I can't remember his name) from staff and Leia from reception for their friendliness, and acting as a concierge at times giving us recommendations and helping us reserve restaurants!

Portara is 700 metres from Amalthia Luxury Studios. Naxos Island National Airport is 3 km away. It is a lovely place in the center with friendly hosts. We were a walking distance from all the attractions in the city, with good restaruants and a convenience store right next to us. The room was clean with a pretty view from the balcony.
