Every single one of them greets you with a genuine smile and a small chat. - Big and very clean room with a great fluffy bed, perfect shower, good AC and all amenities you would need. - Housekeeping staff (in our case Ana/Fiki) goes above and beyond to keep your room tidy every single day. The hotel is spick and span. - Chef helping my wife at the saturday night grill, explaining all the veggie dishes and making a special veggie pasta to make her happy. - Never seen such an extensive buffet breakfast with a lot of western options. All coffees are possible and made with a smile. - Large pool and very well equipped gym. Both areas are very clean at all times. - Helpful reception and door staff. Overall a great 4 night experience thanks to ALL the staff!

From our room we enjoyed views of a beautiful garden filled with plants and flowers, and we could also relax by a private pool that felt like a hidden oasis away from the busy streets. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions and surrounded by great cafés, yet still calm and comfortable. One of the most hospitable stays we’ve ever had – highly recommended.

The staffs made us a delicious dinner at one late night (we couldn't get out due to heavy rain), and the whole Lontong Lebaran dishes for breakfast on Eid al-Fitr day.
