The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. One of the best properties we have stayed ever. The staff were super courteous and extremely supportive. The property is very neat, well kept and everything about the hotel was just above expectation. I need to call out some names of people who served us too well surprising industry standards. Mary, Roshni and Natasha from the first floor bar. Extremely courteous. Sony and Holyland from the restaurant on the ground floor offered excellent service. Even the chef Tulsi came to our table and we shared some good feedback with him.

There is a restaurant serving Chinese cuisine, and free private parking is available. We had a lovely stay at Vivanta Meghalaya. The front desk staff was most kind and helpful. Our chauffeur was courteous and warm. We had several good meals at Mynt, including the complimentary breakfast, of which special mention must be made of the parathas. We found the staff throughout uniformly attentive. The rooms had everything one could desire.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The chef,Mr Ranjan was very helpful and managed to provide us a cake at midnight on our special request. Miss Anamika served us dinner and was very polite and cooperative,she helped us with our special meal request and was very kind and caring towards us. Miss Kiki provided us a parting delicacy and was very sweet. Overall,the stay was wonderful and we are looking forward to make courtyard by Marriott stays a part of our future trips.

Friendly staff and great service. People are helpful and they genuinely showed interest about our plans. The owner handles the property so you can always ask him for recommendations, or organising travels etc. The hotel food was the best. Fell in love with the food. Pricing was decent with top quality food. Hope they keep the quality going... They have a terrace to dry clothes as well

Great view outside. Perfect location. Perched on hill top in middle of Shilllng market. Wonderful reception and car parking service. Superb ambience and environment for a family.
