The apartment is exactly the same as on the photo. Very large and spacious. Warm and everywhere is perfectly clean. There is everything you need. Also a great compliment was tea, coffee and everything you need. The host is very friendly and was on call at any time to answer our questions.Check in was quick and no problems. We were traveling late at night and we were met with a late check in .Everything was very friendly. If we are ever in this city again we will definitely come back again .

Everything about the property was magnificent! From the breathtaking views of the lake, the delicious food and drinks, and most especially the service of the staff. They made our honeymoon dreams come true. ❤️ They pulled all the stops to make our stay so memorable and special. This is a top tier hotel and I cannot recommend this enough!

The apartment is located at the centre of Como, however, it is a very quite accommodation. The room and the bathroom were very clean and the bed and the pillows were super comfortable. Alessandro is an amazing and helpful host and was always available, if we needed something during our stay. He met us before the actual checking time to show us the apartment and let us leave our luggage in the room. Every time we asked him for information or simply needed an iron and an iron board, he replied to us quickly and was very helpful. Thank you so much Alessandro for making our stay in Como so lovely and pleasant. We highly recommend this place. 🙂

The location was great, very quiet, and local. It was an easy 30min taxi/1.5h water ferry to Bellagio and there was lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was fantastic. It had great finishes, was extremely clean, and had an incredible lake view. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us lots of tips of things to do. They also helped us deal with a parking ticket we got so that we didn't have to spend our precious vacation time waiting in line at the post office to pay it. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant was also great. The portions were big and the price/value ratio was perfect.
