The cleanliness of the rooms and property are excellent. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciate the personalized service at the table. Some rooms overlook the valley and feature a stone bathroom. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a great bathroom. It had a good bed with good pillows. The room looked like new, and the whole hotel appeared brand new. Also, it had an amazing view. The location was amazing, close to everything you need to visit in Ragusa. It felt safe to walk around both day and night. The staff was very kind and professional; they explained to us step by step how to get to a bar we were looking for. The parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast offered infinite possibilities of what to eat with great quality. The air conditioning was wonderful, something key at this time of year. All the staff we met were fluent in English and Spanish.
