The staff were beyond friendly and attentive. There were always plenty of staff members available, and for every question or request, there was someone ready to assist. The service was truly exceptional, and considering all of this, the price was an absolute bargain! We enjoyed free access to the Jacuzzi and pool, both of which were well-maintained and provided a great experience. The facilities, including changing rooms and showers, were clean and fully stocked with towels. The sauna and Turkish hammam were available at a reasonable price. The food was excellent, and the on-site café was a delightful surprise. It was a serene and quiet spot, beautifully furnished, and offering great prices. All in all, we had an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were beyond satisfied and can’t wait to come back!
