The villa was spacious, with all needed amenities, and of course the beautiful view on the roof. The kitchen works well for cooking, there is a tub in the bathroom and the bed is comfortable. The reception offers free bath salts which is a nice touch!

Room was very spacious and clean, the view was amazing.

Brilliant room, spacious, clean and comfortable Onsen overlooks the lake Great breakfast provided, and drinks and light meals also provided in the early evening

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. I had a 2 night stay in Konanso. The staff is very welcoming and polite, maybe it helps that i speak Japanese. However, they also speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean and with wonderful views. There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Great traditional Japanese style tatami room. It was clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The staff were great, and the food was amazing. Private outdoor bath was an amazing experience. 10/10 will return one day

Private deep ofuro - Japanese style bath tub in your own outdoor walled off courtyard with seating are looking out on your private garden. We stayed in a Mt room (Mt. 6) but I think all the mountainside rooms would be similar. Amenities include pajamas, lounge wear, Uniqlo warm insulated rain coats (when it’s cold), rubber clogs (like crocs) to wear outside. In room modern coffee grinder and kettle. Amazing and full breakfast brought to your room. This place has its own winery. Very peaceful and relaxing here even if Mt Fuji view areas are crowded with tour buses. We highly recommend.

This hotel was exemplary in every regard. The staff were lovely, the room was perfect, the amenities and facilities were exceptional. Food and drink was perfect. Probably the most delightful stay that we have had anywhere in the world.
