We had a great stay at White nyumba. The house is beautiful and the staff is great! Also big credits for the chef who made great dinners and breakfast.

There are few properties I've considered giving such a high rating as Q boutique to be honest and they deserve it! It's a fairly new property but they've really considered so many aspects of their experience. The staff are very thoughtful and helpful and warm. The rooms/villas are quaint and cozy while still meeting professional standards of hospitality. The breakfasts had a good variety of dishes and even a few things we asked for on request like lemon tea. The dinner was a hearty serving of very fluffy mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and the tastiest fish! I really like their swimming pool, it was always clean and especially by afternoon the water's a great temperature. We ended up staying an extra night than what was planned at Q boutique because we had such a good experience. I'd definitely go back here and it would be my luxury place of choice for Malindi.

Located on Watamu beach, the luxury Medina Palms features unique architecture and a tropical garden, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and views of the Indian Ocean. High-end hotel with nice ambience, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and comfortable beds. We stayed for 4 nights at Median Palms and we really had time to relax and recharge after the safari we did before. We've been pleasantly surprised by at the checkin when they upgraded our room to a spacious villa. Additionally, there is a a water sports center on the beach where our kids took wind-surfing lessons.

Offering a spa and wellness centre, 2 pools surrounded by palm trees, Hemingways Watamu is located on the beachfront of Watamu. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi. Loved the room and the bathroom. It was spotless! I need my bathroom super clean so I was so satisfied when I saw it was exactly like the picture. Having sea view was superb too. I just sat on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean view.
