All staff were so kind and tried to make my stay comfortable and relax. I made mistakenly paid breakfast, but the staff immediately checked and fixed. My family when started short travel, hotel staff picked up taxi and also told driver the location she wanted to go. Those are the example but I was so happy to stay this hotel

Free WiFi and valet parking are provided at the hotel. Location is excellent, room is comfy, modern and clean Services is beyond 5 star hotel. Love it so much! The staff is all very nice and speak very goid english. Will definitely back to this hotel if we come to korea.

Great location in Mapo and well connected to other areas. Great hospitality as well. The bakeru on the ground floor is extraordinary. Room service only works until 9:30pm except on Friday and weekends while the pool works until 10pm so you have a trade-off. Taking a river view is a no-brainer.

Modern big hotel, which is well kept. Our room was sweet, we enjoyed the view from 11th floor, so would recommend asking for a room at a higher floor. Staff helped us when in need, so the overall experience was very positive. Even though there are plenty of hotels, it seemed that the area was quite local and less popular with tourists. We avoided the noise and tourist traffic of Hongdae, but it was one metro stop away, so easy to reach on demand.
