I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like! The location was beautiful, parking easy, the spa amazing, my room and the view off the balcony was beautiful! Everything was very well thought out. I liked the refreshment stands on each floor, I thought it that was a really good touch! It wasn’t a massive hotel so getting around was super easy, the restaurants were lovely and the food, well, yum!! All the staff seemed very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much :) the spa area is phenomenal, so so relaxing! The outdoor pools and area are fabulous, if you enjoy nature then this is the place! I had a manicure whilst I was there and my therapist was lovely! Very friendly too. I don’t think I’ve felt that relaxed in a long time, thank you.

The bus stops almost outside the door. I was advised that Reception closes from 2.30 to 5pm, but was welcomed and able to check in at 12 noon, which was really nice. No elevator, but staff willingly carried my bag upstairs. The restaurant was very popular (and fully booked) but one could eat the same meal at the bar. Staff were generous with advice and time. And, at breakfast, I got real tea (leaf tea) - the first time in 7 weeks of travel!

Emanuel at reception was exceptionally welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from bus and train stations. Breakfast was delicious, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxing. My room had a stunning city view and was decorated in a modern, elegant style. Highly recommend! 🌟🏨✨

Situé à seulement 1 heure de route de Zurich, au pied des Alpes de Suisse orientale, le Grand Resort Bad Ragaz propose un spa de première classe. The spa facilities were exceptional and entirely our reason for coming. We also enjoyed the service and most particularly because we rolled up to the hotel in a cheap rental car, spilled into the lobby with our backpacks and our box of pizza, and the staff did not break stride. They greeted our Canadian casual with the same impeccable detail as they did the well dressed man in the Ferrari who arrived minutes later.
