The Glenrock is located in Belihul Oya, on the southern slopes of the beautiful hill country of Sri Lanka. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV, and a seating area for your convenience. I mean, where do I even start. The property itself is stunningly beautiful, accommodation plush and food excellent but the people and service are what really set this resort apart from others. The staff particularly Asanka and Thusith. These guys did more for me than any other resort experience I have ever had. Traveling alone by motorcycle I had no cell service, Asanka went so far as to go to town on his own to find me a portable WiFi router not to mention he loaned me his for the day while he was looking for one for me. Thusith took care of me like family with food, drinks, property tour, and insuring my laundry was collected and ready for me. The massage was fantastic from a true professional, he took special attention to the areas motorcycle riding strains. I really cannot thank and say enough good things about my experience. Then, to top it off Alsanka noticed my motorcycle was dripping oil and had one of the crew come take a look. If it wasn’t for this I surely would have blown the engine. He didn’t stop at that he and Thusith rode a scooter to town while I followed and took me to a store with oil, filled it for me and wished me safe travels.

Great pool, amazing fruit coctails and tasty food, nice rooms and max comfort. Loved the local staff, they were very helpful and kind, especially the manager Mr Serasinghege, who arranged us everything we needed, in minutes, including Sankapala tempel tour. If we will visit Udawalawe in future, we will definitely go back to this luxurious hotel.

Offering a spa centre and sauna, Centauria Wild Resort is located in Udawalawe, 1 km from Udawalawe National Park. Close to park and the elephant orphanage. Lucked out on room selection, it was fantastic. Nice bathroom, lovely buffets with plenty of choice.

Located within a 10-minute drive from the famous Udawalawe National Park, Grand Udawalawe Safari Resort features an outdoor swimming pool and offers spacious rooms with views of the surrounding... Best hotel in that area. Nice staff, cozy bed, clean room, good location that 15mins away drving to udawalawe safari. And we have a very nice dinner at the hortel resturant.
