The room was excellent and well-equipped, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel offers an electric vehicle charging station. This is probably one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The location was perfect for exploring Vilnius old town by foot. The room was huge (!) which was a big plus as we're in town for 5 nights for a conference and needed a place to rest, work, and a place we could spend time in, unlike a vacation when you usually leave your hotel in the morning and come back just to sleep at night. The double sinks in the bathroom were just what we needed to be able to get ready in time without having to wait for the other one to finish. The staff was super nice and helpful, the breakfast - one of the best. Plenty of options and everything was tasty and fresh.

Located in Vilnius Old Town Hotel Pacai, Vilnius, a Member of Design Hotels is a 5-star design hotel, set in a Baroque palace dating back to 1677. The property underwent complete renovation in 2018 and now boasts it's historical heritage, offering guests an on-site restaurant, bar and wellness centre. The personnel was extremely professional and with a touch of a personal attitude, I am very grateful for that. The room/the building and atmosphere inside/outside are very elegant. Restaurant and its branch with its cuisine from around the world were excellent. I can imagine my gastronomical satisfaction if I would visit the restaurant for a dinner, but unfortunately I had other plans.

It features individually designed rooms with antique furniture and air conditioning. Perfect location, great service, beautiful hotel and lovely breakfast. Excellent value for money. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, recommended!

Each air-conditioned room is individually decorated with unique frescoes, wall paintings, and original 16th-century ceilings. All rooms overlook the old town. The rooms feature a minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, clean with the best staff. Very friendly and helpful. The building itself is like a museum but same time it was very comfortable to stay there. And the location is the best! I was working, so if you also need a good wifi. You can rely on this hotel as well. The breakfast was very good.
