I booked a room for my mother-in-law, who is over 70. She arrived much earlier than expected and was already at the hotel around 5 a.m. The staff were very kind and welcoming — after filling out the loyalty card, they arranged her check-in long before the usual 2 p.m. time and even offered her a coffee. I am very satisfied and believe the staff deserve the highest praise and appreciation!

The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the living area is both inviting and elegant. Even before our arrival, Andrius was an absolute gem. He helped us arrange a full-day tour outside Vilnius and patiently answered all of our questions with professionalism and friendliness, never once sounding rigid or formal. Upon check-in, Simone was equally superb — offering thoughtful dinner recommendations, assisting us with a booking at the hotel’s beautiful Lithuanian restaurant, and arranging our spa visit. It was our very first time in Lithuania, but thanks to the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the hotel, we felt completely at home.
