We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay truly relaxing and carefree. The hotel itself is stunning—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and located in a perfect spot that made getting around so easy. One of the highlights for us was the pool area, which was beautifully maintained and offered the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The on-site restaurant was also exceptional. Not only did it offer breathtaking views, but the service was outstanding and the food… just amazing. Every meal tasted like it had been lovingly prepared at home—comforting, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. It truly reminded me of something only a caring mother would cook. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and there is no doubt in our minds: we will definitely be coming back.

We felt like we were part of the family. Everything was perfect for us. The Hotel is very clean, the breakfast was delicious. We loved the Pool and the Garden. Throughout my stay, every interaction with the staff was met with genuine attentiveness. We would like to specifically mention Eli who made our stay easy and enjoyable. Room & Amenities: Our room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views of the coastline. The bed was plush and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The host was waiting for us even though we arrived late and was very accommodating. We loved the big backyard where our kids could play while we had a quiet morning coffee. The host and his wife were very kind, helpful. The place was cleaned every morning. Even though there was no food included, we ordered from a nearby restaurant and there are restaurants and stores nearby so this was not an issue. The beach is a 6minutes on foot which in summer, when there are big crowds can be really helpful. We stayed at a 1 bedroom apartment and had air condition in the bedroom. I think in the summer, this would cool the living room too. The apartment is in the shades of a tree. The pool was not ready yet as we went before the season but they were putting a lot of care into preparing for the guests in summer.

Located in Ulcinj, Holiday Park Olive Tree offers you a romantic, magical getaway in the ancient olive forest of Ulcinj. Nice Bungalows in a very quiet area. It is possible to walk to the party beach without using the main road. But bring a flashlight. The breakfast is superb in the garden with beautiful view.
