The overwater villa was stunning, with beautiful views, and the entire property was just breathtaking. The food and drinks were top quality, and we also did two excursions with the Dive Center, which were a real highlight. The team there was fantastic—professional, friendly, and made the experience even more memorable. This resort really impressed us, and we can’t wait to come back again soon. Situated in Thoddoo, 800 metres from Thoddoo Beach, chillax Thoddoo features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a shared lounge. Everything was great! Musa and the staff was extremely helpful, arranged everything for us, all the transfers. Breakfast was delicious. The little tropical garden is beautiful. We got free bikes. We loved cycling around the island and among the coconut alleys and papaya plantations. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice little terrace. The restaurant next door was extremely good and relatively cheap. The island and the beaches are far more beautiful than on other islands due to the reef around the island, very good for swimming and relaxing, enjoying nature. Thoddoo beach is very clean, with showers and toilets. It is 4 minutes by bike, 10 on foot, the road leading to the beach is also beautiful.

Wonderful hotel the rooms are sparkly clean and comfortable the restaurant food was delicious and the staff is amazing! they organized all the tours with Mr Ali and we had the time of our life! The pool after a long day of exploring is definitely a bonus! We felt very welcome and I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel in this beautiful island!

At the hotel, each room is equipped with a patio with a sea view. An exceptional, casual resort with mainly Italian guests. Food and alcohol is great in all inclusive package. 10 minutes to walk around the island in bare feet. Diving was average and expensive but no need as the snorkeling around the house reef is excellent! The staff are wonderful. It’s not fancy, but the relaxed atmosphere is perfect 🤩

Guests can make use of a garden. It's second time we visit Veligandu and first time after renovation. Everything was great. The house reef is wondreful with many turtles, rays, lots of fishes. Dive center is great providing many options even for the beginners. We took dolphin cruise and it was great experience, Food at Dhonveli restaurant (buffet) is various and delicious with some special theme every evening. The whole island is calm and great for leisure. Surely will return here again!

And we had high hopes since our first stay was excellent - they didn't disappoint at all. The staff was friendly and competent again. The cleaning of the room was superb. The food was excellent - although since this time the resort was nearly full booked we hoped to get a bit more variety on the buffet, but this was no issue for us. They even renovated or fixed the AC - it is much quieter now and very efficient. The lagoon is amazing and great for snorkeling, swimming or just enjoying the water.

It is just a 20-minute scenic seaplane flight from Malé International Airport. Lovely twin suites shared with son and partner. Superb food and the staff were exceptional throughout our trip. Also superb value for money.
