Located in Finolhus in the Baa Atoll Region, 15 km from Baa Atoll, Kiha beach features an outdoor pool and views of the sea. The hotel has a barbecue and a private beach area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Our family loved every second at Kiha Beach. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location could not be more beautiful. The best snorkelling was right in the little bay by the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The menu in the restaurant had great variety and good quality food for reasonable prices. The highlight of the trip were the animals; snorkelling with the Manta Rays, the little blue bird who would come visit our balcony and sit on our shoulders, the friendliest cats and kittens on the property, and seeing small reef sharks and beautiful fish right in the hotel bay. It was amazing!!

The property has a bar, as well as a tennis court. The resort offers an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, karaoke and a kids' club. We LOVED Reethi Beach! It’s incredibly beautiful! Denise the manager is amazing and so are Hud and Amu in the dive shop, Nadish at the main bar and last but not least the so fun, so warm Rauhl at the Sunset Bat! Such a magic place!

Spacious bed and surroundings - excellent stay.

It’s right on the beach - 5 second walk 😊 Stuff was amazing. Super nice everyone! I can tell only good things about this hotel. It’s completely new. We had a sea view room with a balcony thanks to the owner that upgraded our room! It’s amazing to wake up and see the ocean 🌊 Has a private beach. Food in the restaurant is great! Breakfast is delicious. 😋 I felt like people care about us and accommodated everything we needed. AC worked great. Shower is big . EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! It’s super clean and smells good 😊 I am a world traveler and seen a lot and very picky. For the first time I had zero negative experience for 10 days! Totally recommend! Thank you for such good care of us. 🤗

Warming and helpful staff. The room was clean and renovated.we chose an indoor one, and others have patio or balcony. The restaurant was perfect, the owner fully understood our problem coming late. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was amazing starting from the hotel ending with the staff. Especially Janith, he was there for us every single step of the way. He went out of his way to care for us. This is probably the best resort in Fulhadhoo. My wife was pregnant and they went above and beyond to make she had what she needed. At one point I even felt overpampered lol. We had a romantic dinner on the beach and the whole staff came to make that a special event for us. We did the dolphin thing with them too. Saw the dolphins. Everything was impeccably arranged.

More than half of the villas feature a private pool, while every villa category offers a spacious living area with all the modern comforts of home. It was our second visit to this hotel. Everything remained at the same high level as on our first visit. The villa with sunset and ocean view was lovely. Good maintenance, cleanliness, service - everything was top notch. We felt the care and attention to detail in the hotel. The cuisine was varied, everything is fresh and delicious. Several restaurants with a variety of cuisine. The main advantage of the hotel is a beautiful live reef, in the last days a huge turtle came directly to the villa and was in the lagoon for a few days, it was unforgettable.
