Very charming and beautiful hotel in a very good location (close to the beach, main square & restaurants/bar). The rooms are very spacious, super clean and beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area with sunbeds and hammocks. Very good breakfast with something for everyone. I‘d definitely recommend staying in this great place! Thank you so much for everything- you made my stay on Holbox perfect.

Doté d’un accès direct à la plage Playa Norte, sur la magnifique île d'Holbox, l'Holbox by Xaloc propose des chambres luxueuses et des bungalows dotés de terrasses. The accommodation - and the people working there - are fantastic. It was our third accommodation in Holbox and certainly didn't disappoint. We stayed in the bungalow - which is definitely to be preferred above the apartments if you can afford it. The bungalows are spacious, comfortable beds and an hangmat - among other things. Everyday the housekeeping made sure the bungalow felt brand new. It had a romantic vibe to it. The breakfast was great - multiple options and fresh fruits and the surrounding is lush green. Above all, the staff made sure we had an amazing time. The only downside - which has been mentioned in the reviews - is the wifi. Or the lack thereof. To be honest, the lack of wifi does help in tuning off from work and being in the moment. But it definitely needs some improvement. Lots of accommodations in Holbox have Starlink nowadays - so it's fixable. Other than that, we had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing time.

It was so close to the water, you could go for a swim any time in shallow, clear water. There is only 10 rooms, so it’s never crowded. The staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful and kind. Jess the manager was so attentive and spoke great English, and the receptionists were very helpful. The restaurant food is absolutely delicious, the chef is very talented.

Honestly, this place well worths a visit, it will but surprise you. We were atracted by the pictures on Booking, but when there, we got astonished by the place. The place is brand new, opened just over a year ago, and so you notice because everything is new, modern, with an attention to detail to be pointed out, the arabic atmosphere merged with the tropical environment of Tulum stands this place up to one of the beautiest I've ever been. We arrived quite late at night, but we were so impressed with the place that we couldn't but discover the place, quietly obviously, we don't wanted to bother noone, nor the turtles that were on breeding season (incredible experience as well). During our walk through, we meet Julian, the person in charge at night how was willing to show us the place around and sharing some comments about its construction, surroundings and everything, it was so kind from him. The room was beautiful, clean, with lots of space, a spatious bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, a small terrace with a small private swimming pool, comfortble beds, every facilitie you may need, and all with so much detail and care for excellence. To show the detail of the place, every rug on the place is perfumed to obtain a caractewristic aroma for the place, gel, shampoo, lotion are from Rituals, by the entrance, every room has a small sort of fountain, so you can remove the sand from your feet before entering the room. They have three main areas to eat and drink, one next to reception room, an open space bar/restaurant just by the garden, a second one on a rooftop in front of the sea, coming with a swimming pool to chill, and las but not less important, the area placed just into the beach, Marvellous place, quiet, calm and relaxed to enojy the sound of the sea, or even walk into the sea, as you have direct access. Bear in mind that if you are an early bird, you could catch up some amazing pictures of the sunset by the ocean.
