Top tier service, staff at reception were amazing, beautiful 5 star hotel in great location, excellent amenities. Fell and hurt my elbow in the lobby and they took great care of me, even later sent flowers and fruit basket with a card to my room. Very kind staff from the guys at the door to the gym staff and room service. Will definitely be back!

The staff (Bell from Atas, Kiky at Reception, Wendy from UrSpa) were hospitable and provided us with care. The breakfast was truly exceptional. We stayed in the hotel for a week and everyday there is something new for you to have for breakfast. The hotel is clean. It is located near KLCC were you can go and visit Aquaria.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, fabulous breakfast, amazing massage. The best bit was the attention and thought that went into decorating the room with petals,balloons and a card and cake for my wife's birthday. Thank you so much. ,
